Barcelo Aruba Hotel Palm Beach, Palm Beach

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options were limited. The location was fantastic, close to shopping centers and in a great area. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

The rooms, unfortunately, had a stunning view marred by accumulating garbage bags. The service largely met expectations, with a couple of standout staff members, but management could use some re-evaluation. Dining options were average, and the facilities were decent but lacking in some areas.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything on Palm Beach, making it super convenient for exploring. The service was outstanding, especially the staff who provided excellent service throughout. The high-rise location in Aruba adds to the charm, although management should be re-evaluated for better service coordination. The dining experience was fine but lacked variety in options. The facilities were well-maintained, with a spa tub as a nice touch, offering a relaxing environment. The price was reasonable considering the amenities provided.
